Roost Inns are community focussed mixed use hubs requiring 5-15k sq ft of stylish, play, work + stay space located in town centres and populated regeneration areas.
Our core market is 20-36 year olds, we provide retail, social and community amenity with a compelling local alternative to co-working and AirBnB room stays. In each location our ‘RoostHosts’ create engagement using the approprite digital and traditional communications to encourage – Conversation!
Each hub consists of a highly flexible combination of convenience + retail, cafe + dining, gallery + cinema, performance, community events + function space, a library, cellular offices + hot-desks
and 30-80 POD bedrooms.
Offer flexibility enables a variety of building sizes, shapes and styles, to be utilised, we have access to a site pipeline and a costing model enabling fit outs at circa £200 psf.
